At EKquest, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

We want you to love your EKquest purchase.
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.
Items must be unused and in original condition. Once approved, returns are processed promptly.

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at 360.ez.marketing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

🚚 Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if we provided a label) will be deducted from your refund.
